1 ESE SPECIALIST AND CERTIFIED MEMBERS
To qualify for this membership categories you must register and pay your ESE membership fee (Certified Members: 150 euros and Specialist Members €215 euros) BEFORE March 1, 2025. 2 ESE REGISTERED POSTGRADUATE STUDENT MEMBERS

3 ESE REGISTERED DENTAL NURSE MEMBERS

4 NON-ESE REGISTERED POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS
When registering for the congress you must include confirmation from your Programme Director that you are a postgraduate student and registered for an award.

5 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS – FULL REGISTRATION
When registering for the congress you must include a confirmation from your School that you are an undergraduate dental student.

6 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
When registering for the Congress you must include a confirmation from your School that you are an undergraduate dental student. The Limited access Undergraduate fee will grant access to Halls 4, 5, 6 & 7 and Exhibition. Lunches, coffee-breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday are also included.
The Undergraduate Student – Limited Access fee will be available for a limited time and priority will be given to French students.

Registration (does not include Accompanying Persons) entitles delegate to:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions and the trade exhibition (except Undergraduates Students – limited Access fee).
  • Access Pre-congress Courses on 3rd Sep (subject to registration and separate fee)
  • Registration for Workshops (subject to availability and registration)
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception.
  • Coffee breaks and lunches.
  • Congress documentation.
  • Certificate of attendance.
  • Congress bag and trade brochures.
  • Registration for pre-congress courses (subject to availability and payment of appropriate fee).

VAT & INVOICING INFORMATION:

Please read the information below carefully regarding applicable VAT rules and invoicing.

Registration:
When registering, you will be asked to provide your VAT Number/Fiscal ID (taxable status). Please ensure that you enter the correct VAT Number/Fiscal ID of the person or entity responsible for the payment of the services required. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information. No refunds will be accepted should the information provided is not correct.

All fees are stated in EURO with French VAT (where applicable). Please note that in accordance with French and EU legislation, registration fees are subject to 20% French VAT (regardless of taxable status). Fees are stated in Euros. Local VAT is included.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • On-line registration will be available soon; after this date registrations are only possible onsite. The Early bird rate is available soon.
  • Delegates must bring their Registration Confirmation Letter to the Congress to access the Registration Check-In desks. Only registered delegates can attend the pre-congress courses on 3rd September which must be booked separately.
  • Entrance to the congress, exhibition and social events is granted through tickets and badges. Badges will be provided upon registration and must be always worn.

Please note that without this information we will be unable to identify your payment. Payments by bank transfer can be made until August 1, 2025. After this date only payments by credit card will be accepted. All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% refund will be applicable for cancellations until 1st July 2025. After this date, no refund can be made. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Secretariat at: eseparis2025@aimgroup.eu

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT

In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, war, terrorism etc), the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, including registration fees, transportation, accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damages. The Organization encourages participants to take out their own insurance for the duration of their stay.

CHILDREN (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD) Children are not allowed in the lecture theatres.

For social events, children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, who may be responsible for any damage or injury caused by their conduct. Delegates must be aware that the social events at the ESE congress are likely to be very crowded and will involve the availability of alcoholic drinks. In addition, the Welcome Reception will be held in the Trade Exhibition area where a considerable amount of valuable equipment will be on display. Delegates with children should consider these circumstances should they wish to bring children to the social events on the Wednesday and Thursday.

As a result the ESE has established the following policy regarding children:

  • Children between the ages of 12 and 18 may attend the social events BUT are required to be registered as accompanying persons and to pay the appropriate fee.
  • Children under the age of 12 may attend the social events, provided they understand that the venues will be crowded.
