President’s Welcome to ESE Paris 2025

As the president of the European Society of Endodontology (ESE) I wish to extend a warm welcome to our 22^nd biennial congress in the fantastic city of Paris for “Challenges, Opportunities and New perspectives in Endodontology” | 3^rd- 6^th September 2025. We know you will be looking forward to the opportunity to learn, debate, share and socialize with colleagues and friends in a wonderful truly world leading city.

In order to for you to look forward to the events of Paris, the congress will begin on Wednesday 3^rd with a pre-congress day featuring courses, interactive lectures and workshops. The main congress activities will begin on Thursday 4^th and along the lines of previous biennial congresses will feature a range of world-class speakers delivering keynote lectures, as well as symposia on specific clinical, educational or research topics and crucially the introduction of younger, diverse speakers seeking to stimulate and engage. Opportunities for corporate partners and exhibitors will happen in dedicated halls as will the ESE tradition of oral presentations on freely-chosen subjects in smaller auditoriums. In parallel with all this, we will present a large and diverse array of research posters, educational posters, clinical posters, clinical videos and general endodontic posters designed to cater for participants and delegates from a range of backgrounds. The scientific programme contains also time for delegates to grab a coffee and mingle and interact with what will be the most extensive trade exhibition in our history. As before, our social programme will feature an Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as other exciting social events.

The recently renovated CNIT Forest in Paris business district La Défense, overlooks the Grand Arche and is located in a new commercial centre, adjacent to large shopping mall with restaurants, coffee shops and bars as well as excellent public transport providing a superb venue for what will be the ESE’s first trip to the French capital.

The 22^nd ESE Biennial Congress will be supported as before in our trade exhibition of Corporate Partners and Sponsors, and we offer them, as always, our respect and thanks. The ESE Executive Board are confident that with your support the ESE Biennial Congress in Paris will be an important and incredibly enjoyable congress for all people with an interest in endodontics.
