ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Each of the items below will be available to one sponsor only (except where stated otherwise). All items are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The ESE will be pleased to discuss alternative sponsor opportunities – contact ESE COO - Mónica Freire (coo@e-s-e.eu).

 


PRE-CONGRESS COURSES

Pre-congress courses will take place on Wednesday 3rd September 2025, prior to the main programme. They are an integral component of the congress and must be approved by ESE. 

Pre-congress courses could include hands-on workshops/courses, workshops on researchmethodology and/or critical appraisal of literature, clinical demonstrations, or lecture programmes. Support from appropriate commercial sponsors is welcome. 
Pre-congress courses or workshops presented by companies are subject to charge  and attendees subject to registration fees.

  • Exclusive to ESE 2025 sponsors only
  • Diamond and Platinum sponsors will have priority should accommodation be limited;
  • The organisation of a pre-congress course is subject to purchase with a cost of €5.000,00 which includes room rental for the duration of the course.
     

 SPONSORED LECTURES 

Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors have a complimentary allocation of lecture slots.
However, Silver and Bronze sponsors can purchase lecture slots, if available, for €3 000 (no reduction for more than one lecture).
All costs relating to the speaker shall be borne by the sponsor. Lecture slots can be booked via Application Form.

 

SATELLITE WORKSHOPS

ESE gives the possibility for companies to organise a limited number of workshops during the main programme days of the biennial congress in the following time schedules:

 

  • Satellite workshops may be organised by commercial companies;
  • Workshop programme content and speakers shall be submitted and approved by ESE prior to confirmation;
  • Workshops will be allocated on a first come first served basis;
  • Workshops will have a maximum of 25 participants each (depending on room capacity);
  • Workshops will be subject to pre-registrations and attendees fees. The organisation of satellite workshops will be restricted to ESE Corporate Partners or Biennial Congress Sponsors;
  • The organisation of a workshop is subject to purchase witha cost of € 5 000,00 which includes room rental for the duration of the course. Workshops will have a maximum running time of 2 hours.
