Please note that the invitation letter is issued with the intent of supporting your application for a visa in order to attend and present at this scientific event. It does not bind the Organising Secretariat nor the Conference Organisers to provide financial support for costs related to your participation (visa fee, travel, hotel, registration fees, health insurance, etc.). All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
